On the interior, this unit comes standard with a stainless steel liner and floor with coved corners for easy cleaning. Two heavy duty gray PVC coated shelves give you plenty of space to organize foods and ingredients.Each drawer can be customized with an optional divider bar to accommodate two 12"L x 20"W x 8"D (305 mm x 508 mm x 204 mm) full size food pans (sold separately).
