This prep table/storage cabinet features an oversized, factory balanced, refrigeration system with guided airflow, that is so boldly complemented factory engineered capillary tube system and a 1/5 hp compressor that circulates R290 refrigerant, allowing this unit to maintain foodsafe holding temperatures of 33°F to 41°F throughout the whole day.

The interior is fully insulated for maximum temperature retention using the environmentally friendly ECOMATE insulation, a high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). And its two solid stainless steel drawers can each hold two full size food pans (sold separately).
