• Slanted upper shelf holds container of fresh chicken, which has been prepped & ready for breading application
• Hand­held dunking basket facilitates dipping product into batter dip mixture & dumping into breading pan and conveniently hooks between pans when not in use
• Breading pan has bottom cutout with removable plug; when ready to sift breading, remove plug to dump used breading directly into the sifter pan below
• Removable 14” x 22” tray attaches (without tools) to either side of cabinet for staging breaded products ready for the fryer
• Stainless steel pans lift out for quick cleanup
• Simple open cabinet design is easy to clean
