Features:
- Built-in manual sifter - Side rails hold a tote pan for catching reclaimed breading mix when sifting, pan included
- Slanted upper shelf holds container of fresh chicken, which has been prepped & ready for breading application
- Handheld dunking basket facilitates dipping product into batter dip mixture & dumping into breading pan and conveniently hooks between pans when not in use
- Breading pan has bottom cutout with removable plug; when ready to sift breading, remove plug to dump used breading directly into the sifter pan below
- Removable 14” x 22” tray attaches (without tools) to either side of cabinet for staging breaded products ready for the fryer
- Stainless steel pans lift out for quick cleanup
- Simple open cabinet design is easy to clean
- 18 Gauge stainless steel cabinet
- Casters included standard
- Includes (1) stainless steel breading pan, (1) stainless steel batter dip pan, (2) 18" x 26" x 6" plastic totes, (1) plastic tote lid, (1) 16" x 26" plastic colander, (1) manual sifter pan, (1) large dunking basket, and (1) clip-on staging tray
