How high of an inverter should I use when hooking this up in my ice cream truck?
The Black Diamond BDCF-16/2R commercial chest freezer, has a wattage rating of 180W, with 0.63 amps. So you would want an inverter that could bear that load. However, you would also want to adjust for wattage spikes as well. Is it NSF rated?
The Black Diamond BDCF-16/2R is ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation, however, it is not NSF certified.

What is the interior depth on this chest freezer?
The depth of the main storage area is 24.5", but there is a small area above the compressor housing which is only 14.3" deep. Please see the spec sheet for reference.
