Also, the 4 heavy duty solid sliding drawers open to a beautiful interior design that features True's signature oversized factory balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow to push and hold the constant holding temperatures over the course of a busy work day. This refrigeration system combined with a powerful factory engineered, self-contained capillary tube system that pushes through environmentally friendly R290 hydro carbon refrigerant that has zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP) & three (3) global warming potential (GWP) is designed to hold temperatures of -10°F (-23.3°C). Ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream.
