The Spaceman USA 6378A-C-3-PHASE is a premium soft serve machine perfect for serving up all your soft serve treats like ice cream, frozen yogurt, custards, sorbets, and more! Hopper agitators will stir the product throughout the day saving operator time and ensuring an even cool in the hopper. The 6378A-C soft serve machine has user friendly dual digital control boards that let you adjust settings for each side as needed and locking caster wheels for added convenience. This soft serve machine also features a pressurized air pump system which adds air to the product prior to freezing to make it lighter and less dense thus giving it an extra creamy quality that many love. Two 3.4 qt. freezing cylinders recovers from use quickly and are able to dispense up to 720 cones of ice cream every hour to keep up with high daily demands of soft serve specialty shops.
