Hopper agitators will stir the product throughout the day saving operator time and ensuring an even cool in the hopper. The 6250A-C soft serve machine has user friendly dual digital control boards that let you adjust settings for each side as needed. This soft serve machine also features a pressurized air pump system which adds air to the product prior to freezing to make it lighter and less dense thus giving it an extra creamy quality that many love. Two 1.8 qt. freezing cylinders recovers from use quickly and are able to dispense up to 450 cones of ice cream every hour to keep up with periods of high demand.
