- Accu-Temp™ controls use snap-action thermostats and operate between 200° F (93° C) and 550° F (288° C)
- Thermostat allows independent control of each 12" (305 mm) section of the griddle
- Field convertible to 208v/60/1-ph, 240v/60/1-ph, or 240v/60/3-ph
