- The 160T offers consistent performance and is great for high volume operations
- 1" (25 mm) thick polished steel griddle surface
- Corrosion resistant stainless steel base
- 6 kW of power per 12" section of griddle
- 5 1/2" (140 mm) rear and side splash guard and a 3 1/2" (89 mm) by 1" (25 mm) grease trough for easy cleanup
- Accu-Tempā¢ controls use snap-action thermostats and operate between 200Ā° F (93Ā° C) and 550Ā° F (288Ā° C)
- Thermostat allows independent control of each 12" (305 mm) section of the griddle
- Field convertible to 208v/60/1-ph, 240v/60/1-ph, or 240v/60/3-ph
