An Extra-deep sanitary, high density, NSF approved 19 1/2" (496 mm) full length removable white polyethylene cutting board included provides tough preparation surface.

Headlining True's signature Oversized, factory balanced refrigeration system with a guided airflow that allows this unit to maintain uniform cabinet temperatures throughout a full business day. This, combined with a factory engineered, self-contained capillary tube system that pushes through the environmentally friendly (CFC free) 134A refrigerant that keeps constant temperatures between 33°F to 41°F (.5°C to 5°C).
