The water cooled condenser of the Hoshizaki KM-301BWJ undercounter crescent ice cube machine is designed to produce up to 285 lbs of pure delectable ice per day in hot environments that would cause air cooled ice machines to malfunction or not operate properly. The built in storage bin also holds up to 100 lbs of ice at one time.

We really like it. It works well and is so quite. We had an older model of the same thing. If it lasts as long as the first one did, that would be wonderful. When and if the time comes, im sure we would want the same type machine.
