This Oversized, gravity coil refrigeration system provides a high humidity environment that is optimal for deli meats, and combined with True's Factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system that pushes through the environmentally friendly (CFC free) 134A refrigerant, and thanks to it's combined strength this unit holds the optimal food-safety temperatures of 38°F to 40°F (3.3°C to 4.4°C) for exceptional preservation of cold deli products. The front sliding doors, and rear self-closing doors feature a "Low-E" double pane thermal tempered glass display that provides your products with maximum insulation value for greater energy efficiency and lower utility costs.
