Does this item have to be plugged in? I'm running a street taco cart and need something without electric to keep my squeeze sauces at 41° and lower. Do you have any suggestions?
Server Products 87360 does not require electricity. This product ships with (4) universal ice packs that fit in the insulated base to keep it cold up to 4 hours. Since this unit does not have a thermostat, we recommend keeping a thermometer on hand to ensure your sauces remain at 41°.
