Can you use this inside of an ice cream truck and can it be used to store ice cream?
The Lancer 85-0402 should work fine in an ice cream truck, however, we do recommend reaching out to your local health department before purchasing, to ensure it's up-to-code with their local requirements. Also, yes, in theory, this can be used to hold ice cream. However, we do recommend purchasing an ice cream dipping cabinet (category link) for the best results. It probably wouldn't be safe to store your ice cream long-term in this unit but if you use an ice cream dipping cabinet instead, depending on the temperate conditions, you should be able to hold the ice cream for a longer period of time.
