- Warm air at the front and back of cabinet is forced downwards through ducts above the opening forming a "curtain" of heated air
- Patented air baffle and duct design create consistent temperature and peak product holding on each pan
- FS2HAC-15 is a single opening specialty warmer that includes a removable nickel plated wire rack that holds six (6) 1/3 size pans (pans not included).
- Holding temperature ranges from 80° to 200°F (27° to 93°C)
- Stainless steel front panel
- Includes a removeable crumb tray, USB port, and a touch screen control with temperature and timer display
