- Accommodates 2-1/2” to 4” deep pans. Each food well can hold (1) full size pan + (1) 1/3 size pan (pans not included)
- Mirror-tint side glass & rear sliding doors for an elegant appearance
- Fold-down 7-1/2" polyethylene cutting board / work surface extends across entire width of unit
- European style tempered front glass
- All stainless steel construction is easy to clean
- Removable rear sliding doors and side glass
- Pneumatic struts hold front glass open for cleaning
