- Holds 2ā to 4ā deep pans. Each space can hold (1) full size pan, (2) 1/2 size pans, or (3) 1/3 size pans (pans not included)
- Removable pan divider keeps food pans organized and evenly spaced
- Full-service & self-service configurations or a combination of both. Easily field-convertible between the two
- Full-service model features curved front glass that tilts forward for easy cleaning
- Rear sliding glass doors lift out & have easy-clean-out tracks
- Side glasses slide out easily and pan grid frame lifts out for thorough cleaning
- Simple independent lower & upper heat controls on attendant side
- Bottom heat plate and upper infrared ceramic heaters
- Easy-to-read thermometer displays internal temperature
- Adjustable 4ā legs for easy leveling. Unit can also be installed without legs and sealed to a countertop
