The oven temperature cannot be controlled effectively. The timer and temperature control are one and the same. It either burns everything or under cooks it. The unit is totally useless and it did not even come with an instruction manual. I had to download it from your website. If I could return it I would.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the Equipex BAR-106. After contacting the mfg for clarification, we're told that this unit is one of their only models that does not have an individual element control. Also, they've suggested that this is a specialty item that's mainly used for heating bread, bread rolls, etc and is not for reheating prepackaged or thicker food products that require different temperature settings.
