Do both containers always work at the same? Does this product make frozen margaritas? How long would it take?
The bowls/containers are able to operate independently of each other for more versatility. Also, yes, the Donper XC212 can make frozen margaritas. It depends on the sugar content that you are using as to how long it would take to get a slushy consistency. The more sugar that is used, the faster the freezing process will occur. Typically 14% of sugar is where most people start and adjust as needed. For a brief demonstration on set up and operation, please check out this video (external link). Have only used it twice, but first impression it was the right size for what I needed. Frozen drinks were near perfect(learned using the equipment outside in 95% heat the unit struggles). Moved it indoors worked to near perfection. Higher recommend it if you are looking for something easier to move around (62lbs) and not serving the masses. Easy to clean and extra gaskets, not to mention you can get parts in the USA.
We've only used this once, but it worked well and turned our drink to slush fairly quickly. I was searching for something that had a decent capacity and was lighter weight and smaller than most. I don't have a permanent place to leave this set up and need to move it when we use it. After much research (who knew there are so many options!), I'm happy i chose this machine.
Great customer service and a nice product. We ordered this for home use, delivery was not a problem. We paid for residential delivery and lift gate service. Out item arrived safe and sound packaged very secure. We had no issues

Shelby, we're happy you're enjoying your Donper XC212. Thank you for the review!I used the product for the first time this past weekend and the following are my observations. Three concerns: (1) The instructions didn't provide an estimate of how long it takes before the liquids will become slushy. The container was filled to the maximum and after 5 hours, the product finally started to produce a little slush. (2) When the slush gets low within the container, it will not dispense easily. The product was on "minimum" and we had to add more liquid before it would dispense freely with a little slush. (3) I wasn't aware that ice would accumulate on the outside of the containers during operation. Neither concern is problematic and I would definitely recommend buying the product. Just remember to start very early when creating the slush.
