- Dial thermometer with remote sensing bulb
- Capable of heating to 200°F (93°C); pre-heats to 160°F (71°C) in approximately 25 minutes
- All welded, turned-in seam, stainless steel construction
- 14 Gauge stainless steel full depth bolsters with 1” x 1” perimeter channel supports
- Flush mounted, double panel gasketless door with 1" thick high density fiberglass insulation
- Welded on stainless steel butt hinges with 3/8" pin
- Flush mounted sliding latch
- All-swivel rubber casters (2 w/ brakes) set in wheel ahead caster pattern
