• Slides are ribbed for easy pan sliding and to minimize flaking and galling
• Heavy duty, high tensile all welded extruded aluminum construction reinforced with stabalizing bars to prevent buckling
• 1" x 1" x 0.07 type 6463-T5 extruded aluminum tubing
• Corner gussets constructed of 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 5/8" thick angle welded to inside angles where cross bracing meets vertical uprights
• Entire base frame and bolster pads are completely welded to form a solid one-piece unit
• 5" Heavy duty, non-marking swivel polyurethane casters are plate mounted and welded to frame
