- Horizontal 0.100” aluminum tray slides fixed on 1-1/2” centers
- Heavy duty aluminum construction heli-arc welded to form a solid unit
- 0.063" Thick top panel, 0.08" thick aluminum back, and 0.75" thick aluminum side panels
- Base frame constructed of 0.19" thick aluminum with heli-arc welded bolster pads
- Uprights constructed of 1" x 1" x 0.125" thick alumiun welded to base and top of cabinet
- Single panel 0.09" thick aluminum door panel with all sides hemmed in and heli-arc welded
- Heavy duty stainless steel hinges with 270° door swing integrally mounted to cabinet to keep door square
- Flush mount heavy duty stainless steel latch for positive closure
- 5" Plate mounted polyurethane swivel casters with Delrin sleeve axle bearing and full ball bearing swivel
