This model filter can hold up to 75 lbs of oil at one time. This compact, low profile unit is constructed of all stainless steel and mounted on 4 swivel casters for easy movement and storage. The low-profile body allows for easy placement under the fryer drain. The included stainless-steel cover keeps the unit safe and clean while not in use.
