For my initial purchase for my first restaurant I bought a used Vulcan elect. 6 burner with 24 inch flat and with this upgrade brand spankin new kicks ass! All the versatility I could want for 2 ovens with tops that also reach 550 and 10 burners. Perfect for 32 seat restaurant with growing capacity! Thanks, 1892
