- Accommodates 2/3rd, 1/3rd, 1/6th and 1/9th size pans with adapter bar to support smaller fractional pans - (4) 1/6-pan capacity, (2) 1/3 pan capacity
- NSF-7 Compliant at 35F product temperature - Sanitation approved for pans in depths from 2ā to 6ā deep
- Foamed-in-place insulation
