Southbend KTLG-20 Overview
Features:
- Exterior constructed of type 304 stainless steel with a welded satin finish
- One piece 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
- Double wall kettle interior will form a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Bottom of kettle is hemispherical for superior heat distribution
- Tilt mechanism allows the kettle to tilt past 90° for complete emptying
- Kettle pivots on trunions connected to the tilt mechanism and control console
- Standard controls include direct immersion thermostat, water sight glass, cooking light, pressure gauge, and electronic ignition with indicator light
- Safety features include low water cut off, pressure relief valve, and pressure switch
- Drip-proof controls in stainless steel housing
- 165° to 275°F (74° to 135°C) temperature range
- 1-5/8" Diameter legs with flanged feet for securing to the floor
- Electronic ignition
- 20 Gallon capacity
- Includes three piece split faucet bracket
- ASME Code stamped and National Board registered
