Features:
- 316 Stainless steel liner for high acid products
- Double wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Bottom of the kettle is hemispherical for superior heat circulation
- 2" (51 mm) tangent draw off valve w/ TPS-2 strainer
- Swing drain for draw off valve is removable without tools
- One piece stainless steel spring assist cover
- Steam control valve, steam trap, and safety relief valve are standard
- Hot and cold deck mount faucet
- Built-in pan carrier holds one 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pan and is removable without tools
- Stainless steel modular cabinet base equipped with 6" legs and adjustable flanged feet for securing to the floor
- ASME code stamped, National Board Registered, and NSF certified
- 40 Gallon capacity
