- One piece 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
- Double wall kettle interior will form a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Standard controls include direct immersion thermostat, water sight glass, cooking light, pressure gauge, and low water indicator light
- Safety features include low water cut off, pressure relief valve, and pressure switch
- 2" Tangent draw off valave with strainer
- High efficiency stainless steel burners with no shutter adjustment
- 165Ā° to 275Ā°F (74Ā° to 135Ā°C) temperature range
