- Tilting mechanism tilts forward 90° for complete emptying of contents and is self locking for positive stop action
- Double wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Factory sealed jacket enclosure with distilled water
- Bottom of the kettle has a hemispheric design for superior heat transfer
- 304 Stainless steel construction with 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
- 165° to 285°F (74° to 140°C) Temperature range
- Operates at 50 PSI (345kPa) high pressure for higher cooking temperatures
- Integrally mounted, drip-proof controls include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, low water light, and low water shut-off
- Mounted on three stainless steel tubular legs with adjusted flanged feet for securing the unit to the floor
- Removable elements standard
