• Constructed of type 304 welded stainless steel with satin finish
• Double wall kettle interiors form a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettles
• 316 Stainless steel liners for high acid content products
• Hemispheric kettle bottoms provide superior heat distribution
• Stainless steel pipe tubular legs are fitted with flanged feet with 4 hours for securing the unit to the floor
• Sealed stainless steel tilt mechanism allows the kettle to tilt forward 90° for complete emptying and is self locking for positive stop action
• Variable speed mixer with 5 HP electric motor driving a hydraulic pump
• Stainless steel scraper/agitator and secondary high speed mixer
• 10 gauge stainless steel bridge contains two heavy duty hydraulic motors to drive the agitators
• Power tilt bridge swings 140° out of the way for kettle tilting or cleaning
• Front mounted controls with main power switch, mixer lift switch, and variable speed control
• Operated with direct steam at a minimum of 5 PSI (34 kPa) and a maximum of 30 PSI (206 kPa)
