Southbend KDLT-40 Overview
Features:
- Double wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Bottom of the kettle has a hemispheric design for superior heat transfer
- 304 Stainless steel construction and 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
- Unit is mounted on stainless steel tubular tri-legs with feet containing 4 holes for securing to the floor
- Tilt mechanism allows the kettle to tilt forward a full 90Ā° for complete emptying and is self locking for positive stop action
- 2" sanitary draw off valve with perforated strainer
- Hinged counterbalanced stainless steel domed cover included
