- Double wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle
- Bottom of the kettle has a hemispheric design for superior heat transfer
- 304 Stainless steel construction with 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
- Unit is mounted on stainless steel tubular tri-legs with feet containing 4 holes for securing to the floor
- Operated with direct steam at a minimum of 5 PSI (34 kPa) and a maximum of 30 PSI (206 kPa)
- 2" sanitary draw off valve with perforated strainer
- Hinged counterbalanced stainless steel domed cover
- 80 Gallon capacity
- Includes faucet bracket
