- Bottom of the kettle has a hemispheric design for superior heat transfer
- Stainless steel construction and 316 stainless steel liner for high acid content products
- Tilt mechanism bearings permits the kettle to tilt forward past 90° for complete emptying
- Tubular stainless steel mounting legs and support leg with nylon foot
- Reversible tilt handle with heat resistant knob
