- Cooking surface of 3/8ā (10mm) thick stainless clad plate for even heat distribution
- 10 gauge type 304 stainless steel satin finish exterior and polished interior
- Pan sides slope outward to facilitate access to the cooking surface
- Etched gallon markings
- Coved corners for easy cleaning
- 3/8" Thick stainless steel cooking plate fitted with clamped on electric heating elements for even heat distribution
- Controls are integrally mounted on the stainless steel housing and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, and high temp cutoff
- Tilt interlock prevents inadvertent tilting of the pan
- Stainless steel tilt handle with heat resistant knob
- 160Ā°F - 450Ā°F temperature range
