Southbend BECT-12 Overview
Features:
- 10 Gauge, type 304 stainless steel pan with satin finish exterior and polished interior with etched gallon markings
- Locks in slight forward position to drain fat or liquid during cooking
- Tilt interlock prevents inadvertent tilting of the pan
- Heated electric elements embedded in a full 1-1/2” thick aluminum casting clamped to the underside of the pan for even heat distribution
- Skillet pan is mounted on side pivots to allow tilting for complete removal of contents by means of a tilting handle with heat-proof knob
- Controls are integrally mounted to the stainless steel housing and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, and high temp cutoff
- Mounting base includes mounting lugs for bolting to countertops
- 160°F - 445°F (71° - 230°C) temperature range
- 12 Gallon capacity
