The Skyfood Skyfood CLM-300 is perfect for bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. With a 12" roller it will form perfect foot wide sheets of dough in a single pass. The Skyfood CLM-300 features a stainless steel feed and receiving area, safety guard on the feed chute, front mounted dough thickness control, and a removable receiving area plate for easy cleaning.
