- Pull out stainless steel door for easy cleaning
- Individual pilot for each lift-off top open burner
- 12" x 12" Sectioned heavy duty cast iron grates
- Thermostat controlled, high efficiency griddle provides faster cooking and recovery but use less gas
- One 22,000 BUT/hr U-shaped aluminized burner for every 12" of griddle width and one straight burner
- 3/4" Thick steel griddle plate
- Wrap around full stainless steel oven interiors
- 20-1/8" x 26-1/4" x 13-5/8" oven interiors
- One stainless steel rack per oven included
- Fully adjustable oven thermostat providing temperatures from 250° to 550°F
- 6" Stainless steel adjustable legs
