The superior cooking control, small footprint, low heat scape, and option for hood-less installation make the Ovention Conveyor C2600 conveyor oven a modern solution for ease of operation and high throughput. Each conveyor oven is equipped with dedicated upper and lower heating elements and air blowers. The air blowers direct heated air through upper and lower jet plates inside the oven chamber, above and below the food. a conveyor belt moves product continuously from one side of the conveyor, through the oven chamber, to the opposite side of the conveyor. Intuitive touchscreen controls allow you to easily select from up to 36 presets for cooking a wide variety of dishes.
