Can this be used on a cutting board?
John Boos EZ-DO is meant to match a factory applied varnique finish. It can also be used to convert oil finished cutting surfaces to general purpose surfaces if the oil finish is no longer desired. If you're using an oil-finished cutting board, we'd recommend John Boos Mystery Oil, which works well in conjunction with Boos Block Board Cream, to replenish moisture in the wood and keep it from drying, bleaching, and cracking.
