- Automatic timer control with visible and audible signals for each compartment
- Controls automatically shut off and exhaust incoming steam, drain condensate from the compartment, and sound a continuous audible signal until turned off manually
- Universal pan guides
- 36" Cabinet base with full perimeter angle frame and 6" adjustable legs and flanged feet
- All welded type 304 stainless steel construction with #4 finish
- Stainless steel door with removable aluminum inner lining and full perimeter gasket seal
- Wheel and screw closing mechanism
- 6 psi (41kPa) maximum pressure operation for each compartment
- Thermostatically controlled cold water automatically condensates exhausted steam into water before releasing it into the drain
- Full access removable control housing panel
- Doors have a clear opening of 10-1/4ā x 26-3/8ā (260 x 670mm)
- Doors latch upon closing and open 180Ā° upon latch release.
