Crown ECTS-12 Overview
Features:
- 10 gauge stainless steel pan with satin finish exterior and polished interior
- Locks in slight forward position to drain fat or liquid during cooking
- Heated electric elements embedded in a full 1-1/2” thick aluminum casting for even heat distribution
- Integral pouring lip, power switch, thermostat, pilot light, and high temperature cut-off
- Controls are integrally mounted to the stainless steel housing and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, and high temp cutoff
- Mounting base includes mounting lugs for bolting to countertops
- 100°F - 450°F temperature range
- Hand tilts easily to 90°
