Does this unit have a continuous temperature control? I need a unit that will reach and hold temperature 180-185 degrees.
Yes, the CookRite 7700 holds a continuous temperature. It isn't a specific numerical dial that specifies 180Ā° or 185Ā°, but it heats up quickly to get you to the temp needed. To use it, turn the dial up to heat the unit until it reaches the temperature you want. Once it reaches that temperature, you can turn the dial down to maintain it.
