- 18 gauge stainless steel tray racks with adjustable pin positions.
- Ultra quiet noise suppresion channels and no-rattle racks.
- Welded on tray slides with standard spacing on 5.25” centers
- Vents on both ends of unit allow for the escape of excess heat and moisture
- Full perimeter, non-marking vinyl bumper set in heavy duty wrap-around 3/16" extruded aluminum frame with reinforced corner cutouts
- All stainless steel construction with removable tray racks for easy cleaning and marine edge top to contain spills
- 18 Gauge, type 300 stainless steel is corrosion resistant and easy to clean for longer life
- 12 Gauge stainless steel base frame with full depth bolsters
- Two recessed 3/4" diameter tubular stainless steel handles mounted vertically on each end
- Heavy duty, 12 gauge hinges with 3/8" diameter pin for trouble free door operation
- Welded double panel stainless steel door insulated door with magnetic closure opens 270° and full length door handle
- Door cavity filled with 1" thick high density fiberglass insulation
- 6" Performa rubber cushioned casters with noise-suppression bearing covers and cart wash resistant Glacier FM grease
- Two swivel w/ brakes and two rigid casters mounted in offset "wheel-ahead" pattern for easy maneuvering over uneven surfaces
