It comes equipped with a removable carriage for easy clean-up and a protective blade cover for safety. The built-in sharpening system is key for keeping your blade sharp at all times so your food preparation is efficient. This item has an automatic shut-off feature that protects the user when the blade cover or pin is loose or off. 1/3 HP and a belt-driven motor. 120V, 250W, 2 Amps. NEMA 5-15 plug.
