Adcraft's 12" Medium Duty Meat Slicer is constructed of high quality anodized aluminum which makes it extremely durable and easy to clean. Perfect for slicing vegetables and lunch meats. It's small footprint and compact design make it ideal for delis, sub shops and small restaurants. This model comes with a removable carriage for easy cleanup and a built in sharpener to always ensure a sharp edge for every slice. The blade has a permanently attached ring guard around it for safety. The 1/2 HP motor is belt driven. 110V, 1/2 HP with a NEMA 5-15 plug. This item is ETL Certified and backed by Adcraft's one year replace or repair warranty policy

Note: Medium duty slicer is ideal for several hours of slicing per day. Slicing raw or frozen meat is not recommended for this item. A maximum of 30 minutes a day of cheese slicing is recommended for this item.
