I use these a lot. From freezing stocks to marinating proteins. I also them for leftovers and splitting down family packs to meal size and packaging trim, bones, to freeze for stock. This is my fourth case and have found them to preferred size for what I do. They are boilable and thick enough to not easily puncher.
