The hopper pre-cools whatever product you decide to put in making it approved for dairy and allowing for even more kinds of drinks to be served such as shakes or smoothies. The 4 qt. freezing cylinder recover quickly and allow you to serve up to 89 8 oz. drinks every hour keeping up with periods of high demand.
