- Both decks are individually controlled by our patented heat transfer system providing consistent results time after time
- Lower deck heat uses induction while the upper deck uses radiant heat
- Each 38.6" diameter deck is capable of holding seven 12" pizzas, five 14" pizzas, four 16" pizzas, or three 18" pizzas giving you the greatest amount of flexibility when cooking multiple pizzas for different customers
- Three efficient individually controlled 30,000 Btu burners
- All stainless steel construction provides maximum durability
- Ceramic oven decks allow for food to be placed directly on the surface
- Large heat resistant front glass doors grant easy accessibility while allowing you to monitor products being cooked
- Front panel features a dual temperature display, on/off switch for rotating decks, emergency stop button, and separate switches for each burner to control the flow of gas
