- Designed to hang from counter surface openings by an 18 gauge flange ring with three 22 gauge vertical side support welded to a 20 gauge bottom plate
- Thermostatic controls in a tamper protective location with safe high end shut-off
- Thermostat adjustable for average air temperature between 100° - 175°F (38° - 79°C)
- Average dish temperature rise of 40°F (22°C) above ambient temps are achieved within 1 hour of initial heating cycle
- Self leveling dish carriage and dispenser tubes are all welded stainless steel construction
- All models have a 25” plate stacking capacity
- Three sets of nylon roller glides provide smooth operation
