• Great all around breading designed for use with Henny Penny marinade seasoning and hot marinade seasoning mix
• Made with less salt in order to marry up to flavors in marinades
• Produces a crisp texture with mild taste
• Great for creating flavored bone-in fried chicken or "dry" spicy hot chicken wings, tenders, or nuggets
• Can also be used with shrimp and chops
• For best results fry immediately after breading marinated product
• Shelf life of up to 180 days when held at proper conditions

Processed From: Wheat Flour, Salt, Spices, Torula Yeast, Rice Flour, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate, Onion Powder, Egg, Garlic Powder, Corn Starch.
